Cook the onions and garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add diced onion over a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 5 minutes. Add in minced garlic and cook for additional 2 minutes.
Cook ground beef: Add beef to skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking up the meat as it browns. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add broccoli: Add broccoli florets. Cook for another 4–5 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, arrowroot flour, and ground ginger until smooth.
Combine: Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef and broccoli. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve: Remove from heat and serve warm over rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
